Terms of service

1. General

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and deliveries processed via the online shop Vintage Angel. By placing an order on our website, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Prices and Payments 

All prices are in Swiss Francs and are excluding the shipping costs. Payments are made in advance by credit card, PayPal or other payment methods offered on the website. 

3. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you provide within Switzerland. All items are shipped within 7 days. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third parties (e.g. the shipping service provider). 

4. Warranty

The items are secondhand goods and are sold without any warranty. Obvious defects which were not noticeable on the pictures existing at the time of delivery must be reported in writing within 5 days of receiving the item.

5. Liability 

We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of contract on our part. Further liability is excluded.

6. Data protection 

Your personal data will be treated confidentially and used only in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For more information on data protection, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these T&C be invalid or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Swiss law applies.
